The GCCDD 311 App allows residents to report issues related to creeks, channels, and drainage ditches maintained by the Galveston County Consolidated Drainage District (GCCDD).
Please use the app to report:
Fallen trees or large debris blocking a creek or channel
Excessive vegetation obstructing water flow
Erosion along GCCDD-maintained channels
Damage to channel banks, outfalls, or drainage structures maintained by GCCDD
Illegal dumping in or near creeks and drainage channels
Flooding concerns directly related to GCCDD-maintained waterways
Other maintenance issues affecting the flow of water in GCCDD channels
This app is not intended for drainage infrastructure maintained by cities, utility districts, or private property owners.
Please contact your city, MUD, HOA, or property owner for:
Storm drains located in streets
Neighborhood drainage inlets and curb drains
Street flooding caused by blocked storm drains
Roadway drainage issues
Drainage concerns within subdivisions
Standing water on private property
Water or sewer service issues
Potholes, street repairs, or traffic concerns
If you're unsure whether a creek, ditch, or drainage channel is maintained by GCCDD, submit a report through the app. Our staff will review the location and help determine the appropriate agency whenever possible.
